Ayana Richardson

Ayana Richardson is the AVP of Academic Operations at California College of the Arts. Ayana has over fifteen years of experience in higher education administration, including working as an Assistant Dean at Golden Gate University and Ithaca College. At Golden Gate University, they oversaw daily operations for all Academic Student Services, including admissions, retention and operations management. Ayana also represented the department and Dean on university-wide committees for Student Affairs, Enrollment and Technology. At Ithaca College, they provided the Dean with timely reporting and proposals for the strategic planning of the School of Business. Ayana also oversaw all academic and student services including orientation, registration, advising, and course scheduling. Ayana has a proven track record of being a strong leader and advocate for students.

Ayana Richardson has a Doctorate of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in Business Administration and Management. Ayana also has a Masters of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Business and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
