James Crowder

James Crowder currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at California Commercial Investment Group, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, James held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LEDG Capital, LLC from October 2021 to April 2023, and previously worked as a Senior Director of Project Management at Hunt Capital Partners, LLC from November 2011 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading a senior LIHTC team and overseeing project acquisitions. Additional experience includes roles at Bank of America as a Credit Analyst in Community Development Banking, as well as an internship focusing on land acquisition and market studies at Edward Rose Companies. James began a career in management at The Village Deli and gained project management experience at Crowder Development, LLC. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned in May 2010.
