Chelby Tarver Tookey

Chelby Tarver Tookey, M.Ed. has a background in education and counseling, with experience in admissions, school operations, counseling, and volunteer coordination. Chelby has worked at California Community Colleges as the Dean of Operations & Strategy and previously held roles at Palo Alto University, KIPP St. Louis, KIPP Nashville, and various other educational institutions. Chelby holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Gender Studies and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
