Jamie A. Thomas PhD, currently the Dean of Social Sciences at Cypress College, has a wealth of experience in the field of education. With a background in linguistics and anthropology, Jamie has held various roles such as a Training Facilitator, Lead Coach, Adjunct Lecturer, and Equity Facilitator. Their expertise lies in equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, evident in their work in higher education institutions and organizations such as California Community Colleges and the Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources.
