Jonathan McCarthy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Venn Growth Partners, a growth equity fund established in 2020 that collaborates with distinctive education, health, and consumer companies in North America, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. McCarthy serves as a Board Member for Monarch House and Higher Ground Education, focusing on support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and the modernization of Montessori education, respectively. Additionally, McCarthy is a Seed Investor in Millie, Inc., Rebelstork, and California Cowboy, highlighting a commitment to better maternity care and innovative parenting solutions. Prior experience includes a Managing Director role at Omers Private Equity and various directorships at Forefront Dermatology and Caliber Collision Centers.
