Richard Hubeny

Richard Hubeny is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at California Credit Union since March 2018, where responsibilities include directing Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Real Estate Lending, and Asset & Fraud Management. Previously, Richard held the same executive role at North Island Credit Union while also managing various lending departments and overseeing operations related to commercial and government-guaranteed loans. With a robust background in credit analysis and business relationship management, Richard has contributed to the California Credit Union League as a Board of Governor and served on the Loan Committee for California Southern SBDC. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University, supplemented by education at the Western CUNA Management School.
