Terry Anderson has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at First Fed since September 2018. Prior to this role, Terry held positions as EVP and Chief Credit Officer at South Sound Bank from May 2012 to July 2018, and as Pierce County Commercial Team Leader and Vice President and Commercial Lender at West Coast Bank from March 2003 to May 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as a relationship manager at US Bank (2002-2003) and Bank of America (1993-1999). Terry's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Saint Martins University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Hamline University. Additionally, Terry completed the Pacific Coast Banking School from 2005 to 2008.
