Bikram Ahluwalia

Bikram Ahluwalia has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bikram is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Aarya Ventures, a multi-industry corporation focusing on brand building and introducing new products to the consumer market. Bikram also specializes in the development of accessory dwelling units (ADU), single-family homes, and multi-family commercial properties.

Prior to their current role, Ahluwalia served as the Director of Operations at California Deluxe Windows. Bikram was responsible for overseeing operations within the company.

In 2016, Ahluwalia founded COPE Society, an organization with a mission to educate and unite against environmental destruction. Through community-based organization, education, and action, the society aims to make positive impacts on the environment and educate future generations on sustainable decision-making.

Before that, Ahluwalia worked at B&R Accessories in various roles. Bikram served as an Account Manager, where they assessed the sales team's strengths and weaknesses, managed the sales plan, and attracted clients. Bikram also worked as a Logistics Manager, responsible for maintaining inventory and tracking shipments across multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate, engaging potential clients, implementing marketing and sales plans, and using data analysis to create custom sales techniques.

Bikram Ahluwalia obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Management from FIDM between 2005 and 2007. The duration of their study at Los Angeles Pierce College is unknown, but they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Environmental Science.
