Andrew Wiener

Andrew Wiener is a Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Andrew's legal foundation was built through clerking for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder and interning at the California Department of Justice and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Brown University.
