Jessica Doker

Jessica Doker is a Deputy Attorney General in the Tort and Condemnation Section at the California Department of Justice, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica served as an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP from January 2023 to December 2023, and as an Associate Attorney at Girard Sharp LLP from August 2021 to December 2022. Jessica’s legal career began as a Law Clerk at Girard Sharp LLP, where employment lasted from May 2017 to May 2021, after which Jessica worked as a Litigation and Executive Assistant. Academic experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for Trial Advocacy and Civil Procedure I at Golden Gate University, School of Law, and participation as a Certified Law Student in the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. Jessica earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law between 2017 and 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2015.
