David Martasian

David Martasian has over two decades of experience in environmental management and research. Currently serving as Manager in the Division of Multi-benefit Initiatives at the California Department of Water Resources since December 2004, David has also held positions as Supervisor of the Environmental Support Section and Environmental Scientist at the University of California, Davis from October 1994 to December 2002. David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, along with studies at American River College.
