Guillaume Michaud

Guillaume Michaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Guillaume started their career in 2006 at MMA Assurances, where they held various roles such as Developer, Engineer, Application Manager, and Facilitator until 2011. In the same year, they joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa as a Product Owner, responsible for website redesign and user experience improvements. In 2011, they also started working at Malakoff Humanis as a Customer Service Manager, gradually progressing to roles such as Information Technology Manager, Information Technology Project Manager, and IT Department Manager. Currently, they serve as a Project Director at Malakoff Humanis. Additionally, they worked for Capgemini as a Consultant and later as a Consulting Engagement Manager from 2006 to 2014.

Guillaume Michaud completed their education at Université Paris Cité. From 1998 to 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics. Guillaume then pursued their Master's degree in Genome Analysis and Molecular Modeling from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Guillaume Michaud also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they achieved the ITIL Foundation certification from APMG International. In 2018, they earned the Lean IT Foundation and Lean IT Association Foundation certifications from Lean IT Association and APMG International, respectively.
