Eric W. Garcia

Eric W. Garcia, PG, CEG, CHG is a seasoned Senior Engineering Geologist currently serving with the California Department of Water Resources, managing the Sustainable Groundwater Management Grant Program and assisting with Underrepresented Community Technical Assistance. With over 30 years of experience, Eric has led various environmental compliance and remediation projects as the President and Principal Hydrogeologist at Quest GeoSystems Management, Inc. Eric has also contributed to environmental services as a manager at ConeTec, co-founded GDF Solutions, Inc., and held leadership roles in multiple other organizations. Eric W. Garcia's academic background includes degrees in Geology from California State University, Fresno, along with numerous professional certifications in Engineering Geology, Earthquake and Environmental Engineering, Network Infrastructure, and AI/ML/Deep Learning from prestigious institutions.
