Zachary Roy

Zachary Roy, P.E. is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at the California Department of Water Resources, where responsibilities include managing the CalSim3 Development Unit and maintaining the Water Resources Integrated Modeling System (WRIMS) to support the State Water Project.
