Karandev Singh is a seasoned professional in water resource engineering and environmental management, currently serving as Chair at the Sacramento Chapter of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute and as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at the California Department of Water Resources since March 2010. Responsibilities at the Department include conducting climate change vulnerability assessments and managing floodwaters for aquifer recharge in the San Joaquin River basin. Singh has expertise in applying CalSim and CalLite models for water resource management, providing technical training, and representing the Department in key projects.
