Stephanie K Halpin

Stephanie K Halpin, GISP, is an accomplished GIS professional with extensive experience in spatial data management and geospatial analysis. Currently serving as GIS Manager and Spatial Data Architect at California Earthquake Authority since June 2012, Stephanie specializes in SQL data gathering, geocoding, automated tool development using ArcPy, and GIS web service publishing. In addition, Stephanie manages GIS for the California Wildfire Fund. Previous roles include Systems Analyst at Robert Half Technology, Senior Technical Officer at UCD School of Geography, Planning & Environmental Policy, and Mobile Computing & Document Management Technician at P&G. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in GIS Technologies from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a HDip in Information Technology from Maynooth University, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Geography, Anthropology, and Biology from NUI Maynooth.
