Matt Quackenbush

Matt Quackenbush is a skilled GIS professional currently serving as the GIS Technical Manager and previously as a GIS Technician at Pennoni since January 2018. With extensive freelance experience as a GIS Technician from 2015 to the present, Matt has also worked as a GIS Developer and Systems Administrator at Temple University from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, a brief tenure as a GIS Research Assistant occurred at Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership and the Philadelphia Water Department in 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Database Administrator at Mural Arts Philadelphia from September 2013 to August 2015. Matt holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University.
