Tom Welsh

Tom Welsh is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (Interim) at California Earthquake Authority. Previously, Tom held various leadership positions within the company including Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel. Prior to their role at CEA, Tom worked as a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in Insurance Regulation, Insurance Insolvency, Corporate Counseling, and Litigation. Tom holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
