Yuriy Govorukhin is a financial analyst at the California Earthquake Authority since January 2016, specializing in the Risk Transfer program with responsibilities including contracts, analysis, reports, models, and calculations. Prior experience includes serving as a derivatives pricing specialist at State Street, focusing on analyzing Credit Default Swaps booking errors, pricing various financial products, collaborating with finance groups and clients, and providing daily reports. Earlier roles include working as a realtor at Lyon Real Estate, managing real property transactions, and a student assistant at the City of Sacramento, where AutoCAD drafting and design skills were developed. Yuriy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University-Sacramento and previously studied Accounting and Business/Management at Cosumnes River College.
