Our workforce is a unique mix of civil service employees, contract workers, and staff procured through private employment agencies. CEA team members are also award winners, with honors from American Red Cross and the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association, among others. And they serve on, or preside over, important boards such as American Academy of Actuaries and the Structural Engineers Association of California.
