Kat Brignano

Kat Brignano has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kat started their career at The Asia Foundation in 1999, where they worked as an HR/Recruiter, managing the entire staff recruitment process. Kat then moved on to Accountants Intl. as a Senior Recruiting Manager from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Kforce, Inc. as an Account Manager from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Kat joined CEP America as an Emergency Medicine Recruiter, and later became the Medical Recruiting Manager, responsible for attracting and matching physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to premier career opportunities. Kat stayed with CEP America until 2015.

Since 2015, Kat has been with Vituity, initially serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and now as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Vituity is a nationwide multispecialty partnership that provides integrated acute care expertise. With over 3,000 doctors and clinicians and 250 practice locations, Vituity continues to expand rapidly.

Throughout their career, Kat has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, specifically within the healthcare industry.

Kat Brignano obtained a Master of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
