Michael Yokell

Michael Yokell started their work experience as a Research Assistant in HIV and overdose prevention at Lifespan in 2009. Michael then worked as a Medical Student at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2015. After that, they became a Resident Physician at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the positions of Emergency Department Medical Director and Emergency Medicine Regional Director at Vituity, starting in December 2020 and August 2023 respectively.

Michael Yokell attended BMC Durfee High School from 2002 to 2006. Michael then pursued their undergraduate studies at Brown University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Sc.B. degree in Human Biology. Following that, they attended Stanford University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine.
