Sarah Bazyluk

Sarah Bazyluk, PA-C, is a highly experienced Hospitalist Physician Assistant currently working with Vituity at Holy Cross Hospital and Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, serving in dual roles as Hospitalist Physician Assistant and Hospitalist AP Site Lead since September 2025. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Hospitalist APP Lead and Hospitalist Physician Assistant at US Acute Care Solutions from July 2019 to September 2025. Sarah's career also includes experience as a Clinical Documentation Educator and Hospitalist Physician Assistant at Adfinitas Health between January 2017 and June 2019. Earlier roles include Medical Assistant and Medical Assistant Intern positions at Jemsek Specialty Clinic and Capital Women's Care, as well as volunteer work as an Emergency Medical Technician with Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad. Sarah holds a Master of Health Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore, a Certificate of Physician Assistant Studies from Anne Arundel Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the University of Maryland.
