Wade C. Fox

Wade C. Fox, DO, FACEP, FAAEM, is an elected member of the Board of Directors and serves as a Regional Director for Vituity. Dr. Fox earned his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Oregon in Eugene and earned his medical degree from the University Of Health Sciences College Of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, Mo. He completed his Residency in emergency medicine at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where he also worked as a Life Flight physician.

He joined Vituity as medical director for Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg, Ore., in 2008. Under his leadership as ED Chair, Mercy Medical Center won Vituity's Emergency Department of the Year Award in 2012. He is past president and a current member of the board for the Oregon chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), and previously served as Chief Medical Officer for Umpqua Health, a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
