Kristina von Hoffmann

Kristina von Hoffmann has extensive experience in the environmental and sustainability sector. Kristina is currently the Managing Director at California Environmental Voters, where they organize voters, trains candidates, and advocates for policy change to address the climate crisis. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Operations Director and Outreach Director at Climate Resolve, where they advised on finance, HR, admin, and programs, and led project management and implementation for climate-related contracts and campaigns. Kristina also served as the Operations Manager at Another Kind of Sunrise, where they managed administrative tasks and supported the owner in client communications and accounting. Additionally, they worked as a Contract Project Coordinator at Three Squares Inc., primarily focusing on event planning and outreach for sustainability-related initiatives. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Alliance for Climate Education, leading regional teams and managing educational programs, and at Inside Out Community Arts, where they raised awareness and generated support for an after-school theater program.

Kristina von Hoffmann attended Scripps College from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Dual BA degree with a concentration in Environmental Studies (Policy) and French. Kristina graduated cum laude. In 2008, they also studied at the School for International Training, focusing on Environmental Studies and French.
