Mary Creasman

Mary Creasman has a diverse work experience in environmental and conservation organizations. Mary was the Chief Executive Officer at California Environmental Voters (formerly CLCV) starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Wildlife Conservation Board Member at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife from May 2017 to August 2021. Mary was also involved in various leadership roles, including Chair/President of the Committee for Water, Natural Resources, and Parks from March 2017 to July 2018. Mary served as an Advisory Council Member at Bay Area Open Space Council from January 2016 to July 2018. Additionally, Mary worked as the California Director of Government Affairs at The Trust for Public Land from October 2014 to July 2018. Mary contributed to the State Parks Transformation Team at California State Parks from March 2015 to March 2017. Before that, Mary worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, an Associate Director at Partnership for Children and Youth, and the Chief Strategy Officer at Green For All. Mary started their career as the Political Director at Santa Clara County Democratic Party.

Mary Creasman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of San Francisco.
