Emelyne Camacho currently serves as the Diversity Coordinator and People and Culture Business Partner at Rancho Santiago Community College District, where responsibilities include directing the Rancho Academy and facilitating human resource initiatives to enhance faculty diversity. Additionally, Emelyne holds the position of Instructor Coordinator within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the California Faculty Association. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager at Sharefest Community Development, Inc., and working as a School-based Instructor for the Jaime Escalante Program at East Los Angeles Community College. Emelyne has also contributed as a Summer Math Tutor and Graduate Assistant in the CSULB Department of Political Science, as well as a Student Assistant in the Center for Community Engagement at California State University, Long Beach. Emelyne's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Chicano Studies and International Relations, both obtained from California State University, Long Beach.
