Malcolm Johnson

Malcolm Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizing and advocacy within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Field Representative for the California Faculty Association since May 2023, Malcolm focuses on collective bargaining, member engagement, and strengthening campus chapters. Previous roles include Associate Director of the My Generation Campaign at Sierra Club, Assistant Director at Community Health Councils, Union Representative/Organizer at SEIU UHW, and Field Representative for both the Sacramento Metro Chamber and the California State Assembly. Malcolm holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Bakersfield, and actively promotes anti-racism and social justice principles in all professional endeavors.
