Lisa Nugent has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Lisa is currently the Director of Customer Service at California Faucets since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Customer Service Manager - Public Utilities at the City of Anaheim from March 2016 to February 2022. Lisa also served as the Director of Customer Service at The Travel Corporation from June 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they have held various positions at Rosemount Analytical, including Director of Customer Service and Lean Enterprise Manager, from August 2011 to June 2014 and May 2008 to August 2011, respectively. Before that, Lisa worked at Micro Motion, Inc. as a Customer Account Manager from October 1997 to May 1999.
Lisa Nugent earned their B.A. in Spanish from Northern Arizona University. Lisa later pursued an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Colorado Denver, which they completed between 2000 and 2002.
