Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is an experienced professional in tax auditing and business development, currently serving as Administrator II at the California Franchise Tax Board since July 2017. Brown manages auditors focused on California Competes Tax Credit reviews and collaborates with the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development. Prior to this role, Brown was Administrator 1 for the National Business Audit Bureau, leading a team of auditors, and held various positions including Associate Tax Auditor within the Franchise Tax Board's Multi-State Audit Bureau.
