Adrienne Gemheart

Adrienne Gemheart has a diverse work experience in the field of housing and community development. Adrienne'smost recent role is as a Housing Finance Consultant at California Housing Partnership, where they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Mutual Housing California from June 2018 to December 2020. Adrienne also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Center for Urban and Regional Affairs from January 2018 to May 2018, where they conducted research and prepared reports for community-based organizations. Adrienne has experience in real estate development as a Real Estate Development Associate at Element Inc from November 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, Adrienne has worked as a Community Development HRA Outreach Intern at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities from May 2017 to August 2017 and as a Lending Program Assistant at NeighborWorks Home Partners from May 2016 to September 2016. Adrienne began their career as a Housing and Employment Case Manager and later as a Care Coordinator at HealthRIGHT 360 from January 2014 to October 2015.

Adrienne Gemheart has a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, which they earned from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Geography from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
