Amy McIlvaine has extensive experience in project management and business ownership, currently serving as the Director at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Los Angeles County’s Substance Use Disorder Organized Delivery System project. Additionally, since December 2016, Amy has been the Owner of Stellar Change. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, serving as Senior Project Manager since May 2007, contributions include mentoring over 150 process improvement projects annually and significantly expanding the NIATx client base. Previous roles at ARAMARK from November 1993 to April 2007 involved various leadership positions, such as General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage, achieving substantial revenue growth and operational excellence. Amy holds a BS in Business & Hospitality Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Hospitality Services from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
