David Salinas, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse research. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions since March 2022, Salinas also operates as the Principal of David Salinas Consulting L.L.C., engaging in projects with notable organizations such as Boyle Heights Beat and the University of Southern California. A member of the National Hispanic Science Network since 2004, Salinas contributes to addressing health disparities within the Hispanic community.
