Dave Davis

Dave Davis is a seasoned professional in environmental planning and compliance with over 25 years of experience in managing CEQA and NEPA projects across the West Coast. Currently serving as Sr. Managing Associate at Environmental Science Associates since October 2016, Dave leads compliance and resource permitting efforts. Previously, Dave held the position of Senior Planner at GHD, managing similar projects, and served as Senior Planner at Winzler & Kelly. Earlier career roles include Planner at Matrix Environmental Planning and Principal Planner at The Louis Berger Group, where responsibilities encompassed NEPA compliance and environmental site assessments. Dave holds a Master of Science in Geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University.
