Grace Hlavacek

Grace Hlavacek is a skilled professional with a background in fine arts and production, currently serving as the Admissions Administrative and Visitor Experience Coordinator at the California Institute of the Arts since December 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Assistant at Medici XD and as President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Student Union at California Institute of the Arts from September 2021 to June 2024. Grace has also contributed as a Dance Instructor and Assistant at En Avant Dance Studio from 2019 to 2022. Academically, Grace holds dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Experience Design and Production, and in Design and Production, from the California Institute of the Arts, completed in May 2024, following a High School Diploma from Cheyenne Central High School earned in May 2020.
