Jason Dailey's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. Jason then transitioned to Apple as a Technical Specialist, providing expert technical support and assistance to customers. Jason later joined the California Institute of the Arts as a Lead Information Technology Specialist, responsible for network administration and customer support. Jason also worked as a Staff Mentor at RadioKCIA, providing guidance to students in radio broadcasting. Jason then joined Starz as an Information Technology Support Engineer, handling technical support and maintenance. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of IT Customer Engagement at the California Institute of the Arts, revolutionizing IT services and overseeing a Helpdesk team.

Jason Dailey attended Milford Mill Academy from 2002 to 2006. Jason then obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communications from Lincoln University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
