Deborah Colon-Mateo

Deborah Colon-Mateo, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Project Services at HBS Stratford Community Management, focusing on ARC/DRC organization and processes. Since January 2015, Deborah has been an Adjunct Faculty member at California Intercontinental University, where responsibilities include curriculum development, classroom instruction, and the evaluation of student performance across various courses in information systems and project management. Additionally, from May 2019 to March 2024, Deborah functioned as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Antelope Valley, teaching a range of business and communication courses. Previously, Deborah held the position of Chief Information Officer and Community Association Manager at Cadden Community Management, where important IT policies and best practices were developed. Deborah earned a Doctorate of Business Administration from California Intercontinental University and holds multiple master’s degrees from Jones International University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
