Rachel Gaines

Rachel Gaines is a graduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara. Currently, Rachel is serving as a Publishing Editor at the California Law Review and a Graduate Student Instructor at the Haas School of Business. Their experience includes roles such as Pro Bono Leader at the Survivor Advocacy Project, Legal Intern at CSAA Insurance Group, and Legal Assistant at Collins & Associates.
