Joshua Surowitz

Joshua Surowitz is an experienced attorney specializing in business and corporate immigration, as well as family unification and complex immigration cases. As the Principal of Surowitz Immigration, PC since January 2004, Joshua provides legal support to both individuals and institutions seeking permanent residency in the United States. Joshua currently serves as the Foreign Bar Relations Chair and Chair of the International Law and Immigration Section for the California Lawyers Association, holding past leadership roles within the California Bar Association International Law Section. Former experience includes working as an attorney at Marsh & Perna and serving as a judicial extern for the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University, School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in English and Political Science from Central Michigan University.
