Nick Ginger

Nick Ginger currently serves as Chair of the Privacy Law Section at the California Lawyers Association and holds several roles within the section, including Executive Committee Member and previous positions as Vice Chair and Interim Vice Chair. Nick is a Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at City National Bank and has been a Board of Directors member of the Irish American Bar Association of Northern California. Past experience includes serving as Privacy Counsel at Major, Lindsey & Africa, Paragon Legal, and Autodesk, as well as Third Party Data Protection at Google, where significant enhancements to data protection processes were implemented. Additional roles include General Counsel for Irish Network Bay Area and Senior Associate at PwC, where Nick provided consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Academic credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, as well as a BA in International Business from San Diego State University.
