Dawn Kaiser

Dawn Kaiser has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn currently holds the position of Director, Managed Care Operations at the California Mental Health Services Authority since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Quality Management, Behavioral Health Services at the County of Santa Clara from February 2020 to May 2021. Dawn also worked as a Division Director at the County of Marin, Department of Health and Human Services from July 2014 to February 2020. Before that, they were a Lead Reviewer at APS Healthcare, a subsidiary of Universal American, from June 2010 to July 2014. Dawn began their career as a Project Coordinator at the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine, where they worked from 2007 to 2010.

Dawn Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. Dawn also has a Master of Science degree in Social Work from the same institution, completed from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they are a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, certified by the National Association for Healthcare Quality, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed by the Board Of Behavioral Sciences.
