Kelly Kay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor at Ascend Elements, and President of The Ohio State University Alumni Club of San Francisco Bay, Kelly oversees membership and scholarship initiatives. Additional roles include Vice Chair of the California Mobility Center and a member of the Supervisory Board at Sylvatex. With a background as President and Chief Operations Officer at Toyota Research Institute, and Vice President of Business Operations at Lyft, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise in operations and strategy. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and two Bachelor's degrees from The Ohio State University.

Now fully operational, the California Mobility Center (CMC) serves as a one-stop-shop for developing and identifying future mobility technologies, with a comprehensive set of services unique to any other organization in the mobility sector. The CMC is a non-profit, public-private entity being led by global thought leaders in clean technology innovation including autonomous, connected, zero-emission vehicles, infrastructure, and shared and smart mobility for on and off highway use. The CMC provides future mobility innovators and industry incumbents with access to programs and resources that accelerate the pace of commercialization in California and worldwide.
