Jessica Cushenberry

Jessica Cushenberry is a dedicated volunteer and public program specialist at the California Museum, co-leading the Education Department since April 2022 and successfully onboarding 31 new volunteers. With extensive experience as a scholarship consultant at SheEdits, LLC since September 2021, Jessica provides training and curated scholarship lists for diverse clients. Previous roles include talent at The Helen Wells Agency, intern at the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, and copywriter at Sandoval Design & Marketing. Jessica's academic background includes a Master of Science in Folklore Studies from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington.
