Mike Cappelluti

Mike Cappelluti is a seasoned management consultant with over two decades of experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as the President of The Highlands Consulting Group since April 2002, Mike specializes in organizational change management, information technology, business process improvement, strategic planning, and emergency management. Additionally, Mike has been a member of the Board of Trustees for The California Museum since July 2012. Prior professional experiences include management consultant positions at American Management Systems, Synergy Consulting, and Price Waterhouse. Mike holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and an AB in Economics and English from the same institution.
