Satia Austin M.ed History

Satia Austin M.Ed History is an experienced educator and community leader currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Central Texas College since October 2021. In addition to academic responsibilities, Satia holds several leadership positions including President of NAACP - NSDC and Board Member roles at North County PROMISE FOUNDATION INC, Alliance For Regional Solutions, and Operation HOPE-North County. With a diverse background in education, including a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University and ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership at Northcentral University, Satia has been involved in educational initiatives since 1998, highlighting a commitment to enhancing learning and community engagement. Previous roles include Director at GEC Christian Academy, Owner of Solid Foundations J.A., and Chair of NAACP Juneteenth.
