Alyssa Huante

Alyssa Huante is an experienced education and community science manager currently leading initiatives at the California Native Plant Society since December 2021. Notable achievements include serving as the project manager for the CNPS 2022 Conference, managing logistics for a record-breaking event with 300 presenters, and enhancing professional plant science workshops. Alyssa's previous roles include office and program manager at Everyone's Harvest, where community food programs were coordinated, and senior education specialist at Monterey Bay Aquarium, overseeing volunteer programs and developing educational curricula.
