Thomas Reyes

Thomas Reyes is an experienced vegetation and invasive species management specialist with extensive work in ecological restoration and natural resource protection. Currently serving as a Vegetation Field Data Specialist for the California Native Plant Society, Thomas develops analytical tools and trains staff on data collection protocols while also contributing as a Board Member for the California Invasive Plant Council. Prior experience includes roles such as IPM Coordinator for the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, where Thomas managed invasive plant projects across significant open space, and Natural Resource Specialist for the National Park Service, overseeing inter-agency vegetation management programs and coordinating efforts for invasive plant treatments. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sustainability and Social Justice from San Francisco State University.
