Jim Lipman

Jim Lipman has extensive work experience in the food industry. Jim started their career at Green Garden Foods as a Microbiologist, where they conducted testing of food products and environmental tests. Jim later took on the role of QA Manager at the same company. In 1994, they joined Tulocay and Company as a Senior Vice President of Operations and worked there for 17 years. During this time, they gained valuable experience in operations management. In 1997, they also worked at Tanimura & Antle in research and development.

In 2011, Jim joined California Olive Ranch as the VP of Production & Milling Operations, responsible for overseeing production and milling operations. Jim later took on the role of VP Technical Services and Strategic Sourcing before becoming the Executive Vice President of Agriculture and Technical Services in 2018. Most recently, they have been serving as the COO of California Olive Ranch, a position they have held since May 2022. With their extensive experience and expertise in the food industry, Jim Lipman has made significant contributions to the companies they have worked for.

Jim Lipman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Jim completed their education at the university from 1989 to 1994.
