Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson serves as the Senior Minister at First United Methodist Church since July 2014 and has been the Lead Pastor at the First United Methodist Church in Santa Maria, CA, since July 2010, overseeing a multicultural, historic congregation in a growing community. Mark has been an Ordained Elder with the California-Pacific Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church since 1990, contributing to local churches, campus ministries, and military chaplaincy. Previously, Mark served as Pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church in Los Osos, California, and as Campus Minister at the Wesley Foundation at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mark holds a Doctor of Ministry in Theology, Pastoral Care, and Counseling from Claremont School of Theology and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Northern Seminary.
