Sandy Olewine currently serves as the District Superintendent for the California-Pacific Annual Conference since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sandy held pastoral positions at First United Methodist Church from July 2014 to June 2021, Santee United Methodist Church from September 2011 to June 2014, and The Neighborhood UMC from July 2006 to August 2011. Additionally, Sandy was the United Methodist Liaison to Jerusalem with the General Board of Global Ministries from December 1996 to June 2006. Sandy earned a Master of Divinity degree from Claremont School of Theology between 1983 and 1986 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of California, Davis, completed from 1977 to 1980.
